Refunds & Returns

Thank you for choosing Preach Clothing. We strive to offer high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This refund and return policy outlines our procedures for returning and refunding products.

 

Refunds of damaged product:

A refund may only be made on a product if a manufacturing fault is present.
Should there be a fault with the garment, an email or Instagram message (with proof of damage/ error) must be made within 7 business days after the delivery date for a refund to be applicable. When items are returned, they must be in brand new original condition, un-worn, with tags still attached. Returns must be sent back within 10 days after contacting Preach Clothing. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact us by email to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the product. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges. Also note that products are limited and certain sizes or styles may be sold out before you are able to exchange the product.

Other important information:

If none of the above applies to you, we apologise for the inconvenience and for not meeting your expectations. If the product is not what you expected and you want a refund, this is not possible. If there are any issues, please contact us on how we could improve our products and customer service, this would be greatly appreciated as your satisfaction is important to us.
